Wouldn't you need broker data to judge that more comprehensively?
Whats the alternative hypothesis from such a simplified view ? Someone wanted in quick, got in, other sellers got jelly when buyer was full ?
Not as tecchy as you, but are you not jumping to conclusions there?
Are 'speeding tickets' subjective? Ie does the asx look for concentration of buyers, announcement timing etc?
Assuming you may know, no issue if not
