The quarterly ending presumably 31 March would make it almost impossible to keep the lid on until late April, particularly if a BP, which also has reporting requirements for the same Quarterly period.
Numbers need to be known to the market and probably stay hidden once formulated.
All speculation but the sophistication of US market demands more than here.
