As I said, there are milestone payments. These could be 20 or 30% up front - but payments still would have to be made at certain points.
The analysis side would probably be only bout 20% as well - so most of the expense has been acquitted but the final payment will only come at the end when the final report is delivered.
Many posters have stated that most of trial expenses have been made - and they are correct.
