But... If objective was to pump for subsequent (not same day) sale, wouldn't you run the pump into the close? M&D investor comes home and sees it close at 9c plus? Looking at COS wouldn't have taken much to hold say 8-8.5 into close

Timing and burst of voracious purchasing and also volume that appearingly was used to move it strikes me more as impatient buying.

First to acknowledge Im speculating and frankly Im not the best to discern this but if that assumption is the case either someone is positioned for the quarterly or an announcement, or just has better things to do than sit on the bid.

No speeding ticket.. I wonder if the ASX looks at the origin of tbe buying and is able to see if its a loner or a broader play... no speeding ticket might also provide insight.
