You need to look at MC not SP.
Novatti only have a 321M SOI for .30c at $100M MC.

there aren’t any banks evaluated this low.
AMP for example (showcasing a bank under $1) are .96C SP but a $3.1B evaluation (over 3B shares on issue)
The SP is this low due to the liquidity they also have 10x the amount of SOI compared to NOV currently.

Being Novatti liquidity is extremely low (321M) and MC this low for a possible bank, the SP will run faster than what you’re anticipating as there isn’t a high enough liquidity for it to stagnate.
