Ford signs hundreds of these technology assessment 'deals' every year. Almost none of them lead to any revenue.
Do you think that Vorago are doing that for fun, or are they doing it for NASA??
Vorago is not working for NASA. They merely won a small business research grant in 2018. NASA awarded over 400 of these grants in 2019.
