In fact 4 firms hold 75% of CBH!! What are their intentions? how can we ever know?
I accept every share purchase involves risk.... but what is their plan?
Shareholders will have a vote re this merger.... AND we can expect that CBH main players will bargain hard.... but are their interests the same as ours?
I wish BHP would step in and buy both CBH and Periliya. Would solve everything.
