BT status is assured. Logic : FDA cannot down grade BT applications to Fast Track Ones...it simply accepts or rejects BT status.
All the Rett Advocacy groups are trying their utmost to get the drug approved. If BT is rejected, Neuren will have to re-apply for fast track status and FDA will be subject to severe criticism from all these groups
