I don't commment much on this thread anymore- mainly because until we get some solid news regarding PO's and the IPO, the forum is predominantly conjecture.
It's probably worth ringing the company about this. I can't imagine Textron would infringe copyright so blatantly (claiming they own Intevia)- however, I also can't imagine McCarthy getting it so wrong (Intevia has belonged to TZ again for a number of years)
Definitely a weird situation worth clarifying ASAP.
