Agree - OVR management are far too quiet for a project of this stature.
It is almost like they are happy to drag it out for a few more years so they remain employed.
They should be striking while the spot prices are hot & trying to get a mine underway ASAP.
Every year that slips past is very much a lost opportunity for them to be selling the product & re-investing profits back into the company.
All I can hope is that they have a very successful drill program over the following months & they get some very good price sensitive announcements out.
