Why would Committee Bay sell you ask? Probably for the instant profit I'd say. CBR will book a nice cash profit, and hold onto a percentage of not just the gold, but also the nickel, and any new resource upgrades and discoveries.
I guess CBR also have their own Canadian projects to fund, so this cash injection, at a tidy profit, makes sense for them. Focus on the other hand will have 100% of the gold,
and with the strong management team, is poised to grow nicely. Don't be surprised if FML aquire more land in the next few years in the shape of outright purchase, or joint venture.
In my opinion, FML will become a major player in both gold and nickel.
