The time ofonly 30 minutes nominated for the Shareholder Conference on Monday 26thJuly at 3:00pm WST is totally inadequate and must be increased to 2 hours.
Myexperience from attending previous FMS AGMs and Special Meetings in bothAdelaide and Perth is that when the Chair is Neil Warburton, he is inclined toclose meetings if Management finds questions too difficult to answer.
As he closedthose Meetings his comment to the Meeting attendees was for them to raise these difficult issues with Board Members after the Meeting.
With avideoed conference this is clearly not possible.
But equallyit is essential that shareholders be responsible with their questions andconcentrate on the future of our Company and not dwell on the past.
I repeatthe allotted time of only 30 minutes for this Conference must be increased to 2hours.
