For example I asked after the MB Success ann if they were going to look for another CEO to look after the commercialisation/sale process and was told no they weren't. In essence they don't want to pay out the large equity package required and feel they have access to "really qualified" people if/when required (presumably referring to JD).

I also asked about IMEC agreeing to co-announce and was told no they believed that to be very unlikely as IMEC are "super conservative".
