I like this question - and I too dont think he would answer it, due to privacy and confidential issue: NDS.
Perhaps, we can put it to him in a different way:
In the last interview (dated?) ypu said you were hoping that some big player will be interested in looking at this technology.
In the second last interview, (dated?) you said words to the effect of: the acquirer shall be a household name and doesnt have to be a manufacturer.
Could you please clarify?
