No doubt they will reply "We have no control over how long potential buyers will require to close a deal" but I would like them to be drawn-out to give some indications on a level of buyer interest and 4DS management of that. The have clearly stated there will be no further cap-raises, this indicates they have some certainty on the time required, as they have a clear picture of their capital outlay multiplied by the predicted outside time to closure of a sale. What is that prediction based on? If they make a statement with certainty, they need to be able to back it up.
