Only a complete moron would refuse a test - it is actually very accurate in most cases and could even save your useless life - any possibility to stop transmission is worth it regardless of what the individual may "stupidly" think. If it doesn't suit you then POQ and NCB.
There have been a large number of virus cases detected by testing so that validates its use. Just get a life and think about others for a change.
