I suspect BNB may not sell any shares at all and therefore increase its holding and also make a profit on that increase because BBW will be getting ridding of shareholders for less than the NTA of the share.
Good for them. If people think the shares are so worthless, then they can be bought out and moved along so that only the real shareholders who believe in the value of the business can remain.
