2. When I was a kid, can remember being dragged around country towns and seeing 'Wesfarmers' on the sides of buildings etc.
Fast forward a long time and Wesfarmers is now up there with some of Australia's biggest businesses. There may be choppy times ahead with increased cost of living, so cutbacks on how many snags people buy at Bunnings on the weekend, but agree - Wesfarmers got to where they are now by playing a tough game. Masters hardware anyone...
