The trend is your friend, and with only around 3% gain required to hit $30 I'll say yes it's likely to happen only 2-3 strong trading days required and based on the last week or so this looks probable.
I believe she was hovering between $30-$32 earlier this year so she is still a way off 12 month highs despite decent results and an even lower interest rate making the yield more attractive. There should be no barrier at $30 based on this IMHO.
