BHP shares are traded in the USA as American Depository Receipts (ADR's).
One ADR equals 2 BHP Australian shares.
You then convert the 1/2 ADR value into Australian dollars.
That value is only a guide as to where the New York trade took the price overnight...
We sometimes come well under it, or over it.
Incidently, we do not follow the London price of BLT shares.
