Shelby I know that feel-one of the areas I'm looking at has had an abundance of properties priced between $800k-$1M that just aren't selling. I've lost count of the number of properties that have been listed for months and months, then get relisted with another agent FOR THE SAME PRICE and then sit there for another 6 months and don't sell!!!
And yet they don't want to drop their price to meet the market expectations....I guess they are really having trouble accepting that price doesnt always go up lol
