I'm very happy and comfortable with my decision to buy realestate. Owning investment properties has been nothing but good to me.
Buying my first house (to live in) very young was the best thing I ever did. It's only been ten years since then and only good things have come from it.
Has the market over-shot itself? Yeah definitely in some areas but it doesn't bother us long term property investors.
I'm always on the look out for opportunities in realestate. Even with today's prices there are some opportunities. Money can be made in any market. You just have to be smart about it.
