MF realestate may not double in 10 yrs like it used to. But i'm quite sure it will double up in 15 years. The crash that you're sure about, it just a 15% correction before launching up again to 50% rise to the future. If you trade shares you should understand the concept of "short" "medium" "long term" & trade according to individual goal.
