Yep totally agree with Massey, these prices are totally unrealistic. Imagine paying 400K plus for a brick veneer box on a 300sqm block you cant get a car on. Job losses, high wages, rising interest rates lower dollar will ensure the bubble bursts in a massive way, and this will send shudders into the real estate market for years to come.
We can thank unions, Reserve Bank and greedy RE agents for all of this.
