UT-the problem is we have had all of these external factors helping to prop up house prices such as resource boom, low interest rates and now the Chinese. The big issue for my mind is whats leFt?

The market seems to be unsustainable-how long will most investors be prepared to sit on mounting losses in the hope that property will somehow again benefit from some unknown factor to drive up prices? Its not had to imagine a decade of neutral growth at best-this would spell disaster for many prop investers who are significantly geared.

If property increases at CPI most investors are dead ducks!!
