30% vs ???

So it looks like there are going to be a bunch of sellers today and the price will most likely fall.

Hard to understand why people are selling now when in a few weeks the land sale will probably be complete and other news coming out as well.

So actually two weeks and a day Australia time until the official close and the company rakes in anywhere roughly between US$60 and 80 million.......

So a quick 30% today less any taxes vs ??? in two weeks.

Maybe time to buy the last bunch before the expected run!
