    Although no commission based financial advisor would ever agree with this, I believe the "safest" investment advice would be to pay off your mortgage first. The concept here of course is that the rate of return equals the interest rate on the loan.

    With regards to the equity market, I believe the next boom sector will be healthcare, and more specifically, Wireless Healthcare, so based on this assumption Qualcomm could be the next Apple, Imo!
