Todays, with a 12 month delay in drilling, market meltdown and very small trading volumes, the sp has been easily kept down. Every time this starts to move they stack the sell side preventing any further movement.
Why, who knows, maybe they were doing the buying at around 15c level or to keep sp in check for a possible t/o once resource is known.
IMO with resource estimate just around the corner this should start moving into the 20's any day now.
