If you're taking the long view say 3-5 years, seems a no brainer for this to be taken out by Glencore or another player in the region. Their copper plant has high strategic value, really well positioned for the impending copper deficit, the EV supply chain is being built and invested in now. That's where the moneyflow is going even in this inflationary environment.
Large prospective tenement package but securing that cathode plant and getting it operational is a major tick for me as to why I'm long AR1. If I was a major commodity player and I wanted to secure supply contracts into 2030 with the feedstock I have available and projected to need, then taking AR1 out solely on their plant alone makes sense to me.
