It’s hard to say how the FDA will view this . AVR has done this trial in Georgia as the permission to do the operations was probably easily obtained . Considering the majority of the surgeons are well respected and recognised in previous FDA trials and have completed this trial to the exact guidelines that these surgeons had imposed on previous FDA trials IMO the FDA can’t ignore them or rate them as secondary . Time will tell but if we have a fair and level playing field it would point to a speedy approval for the FDA trial application . GLTATH
