The only reason the ASX wouldn't release a company announcement is if it is concerned that it's content is not factual and it would then query the company. If they put out a factual Announcement with evidence ready for the ASX it won't be a problem.
Where are the SGC funds?
Continual disclosure requires an update on what happened to those funds.
