    POS, don't get me wrong, I like this latest ANN just fine, but frankly, it isn't the ANN I've been waiting for.

    THAT announcement will deal with progress on the oxycodone patch which we all know must have taken place in the quarter that has passed since the last substantive and relevant announcement back on May 23.

    Things we all want to know:

    Scale up complete? yes or no.
    Sign off on final patch configuration(s)? yes or no
    Start of first production batch? yes or no
    Progress on 7 day patch? yes or no
    7 Day patch to be evaluated in Phase II/III? yes or no
    Trial design underway? Complete? yes or no
    When will recruitment start? est. date

    Are these question unreasonable?
