Best to do your own research before buying shares in a company but of course I don't want you to strain yourself. MNF has a current market cap of approx $3,400,000 with 18,071,528 shares on issue with a further 28,928,472 shares held in escrow to be released May 08 which will then give a market cap at current share price of 0.19 of approx $9,000,000. There is also approx 11,000,000 options exercisable at 0.25 on or before May 08 and 6,000,000 on or before april 09. New Director Mr Boorne has 4,000,000 options.
