    The oil window in the Eagle Ford is red hot. Drilling activity is ramping up all along the trend. It's getting very, very busy in South Texas and lease bonuses are going through the roof. The easy pickings are gone, E&P companies are having to pony up big-time to get lease acreage in the Eagle Ford today. You often hear of comparisons to the heyday of the Barnett when bonuses approached $30,000.00 an acre. The Eagle Ford oil window just might surpass that.
