It's a special block trade outside of normal trading hours. It's a cross trade as well so it's possibly a broker margin calling a short clients position to return the shares back to the long client. Either way the broker made money and the short might owe money on top.
Margin calls must be satisfied at close of business 5pm. The short client just couldn't cover I guess.
