I had the same arguement re location regarding summit resources,also in q/land,unfort I reasoned that summit wouldnt get up due to their location and yet it appeared to have little or no consequence as I watched it rocket from 40 to 70 in a matter of weeks.,not gonna make the same mistake twice.This things moving steadily day by day
