    AFTER THIS ACQUISITION we have

    35 Million oz of gold
    300k oz/year producer -avg cash cost 800 over all mines with high likelihood of being lowered significantly

    400million market cap
    300 million approximately in debt
    Enterprise Value 700 million

    This is the stats of a 1 billion plus EV company, not a 700 million. The other thing is that because such a large % of this is debt most of this EV is non-dilutionary!

    How this company could drop in price on said information astounds me!
