Friend of mine mentioned that getting the oppies across the line was a priorty as it will provide more funds for the next round JV opportunities which as we know is the strategy of this company
he also mentioned that if they can get the oppies in they will then look to do a 3 to 1, to reduce the number of shares but not going overborad so the stock can still have good trading oportunities
as i can not confirm this like always take it with a pinch of salt but i must say it does make sense
