No more than $100 million spend on pipeline will do the trick just on the ex-Rancher oil fields.
Rancher were trying to do this but couldn't get the finance.
May I suggest that you look into Rancher's (RNCHQ.OB) SEC filings. It's all there but might take you a few hours to find it. Time for others to do their own research. At least I dangle the carrot, it's up to you if you want to nibble. LOL.
