Its pretty normal for projects to come in at the upside end, so that prediction wasnt too hard to get right. Looks like $300m is now the current estimate.

The dates look to be moving out to me. the start of plant commissioning is now May /June 2014.

Clearly, the first real production can therefore only be in the 2014/15 financial year.

There is still much work to be done and new capital to be raised to hit that $300m mark and to pay for Admin and exploration up until the whole project is cashflow positive.
