Last week,I sent an email reminding the CEO that at the Techknow in March he raised the topic of listing Norwood on the Nasdaq.
Later on that day at the Techknow I spoke to the boss of one of the broker firms who were organisers of the day.
I spoke to him about legal culpability for these speccy firms making claims that are highly dubious.
It is an issue that ASIC should be investigating with vigour.
