    A few things indicate that the DRC commission will not alter its JV with Anvil.

    a) The recent placement ...Licence certainty would of been the first assurence requested before any money was parted with.
    b) Gecamines was not involved in the licensed area,,it was an AVM/MWE deal.
    c) No trading halt for MWE

    Any one no any different,,,? appreciate an opposing view.
