At this stage, the quality of NI is uncertain but the indication of a even bigger area is seen. Perhaps between 150Mt to 200Mt. Like i said, if all assumptions hold. Even if they do hold, here are a number of risks factors at the end of the day. Only thing is how much will those chinese investors willing to pay? If you use chart anayliss and go all the way back to year 2000, you can see RMI did hit $0.15 and then it slipped bottom. This time the recovery is a bit different, not only is the volume bigger, observe the chart again please but also its recover rate is faster. A sharp drop follow by recover, this means the confidence is high. Now if we can see the volume remain stable around 4M to 5M for the whole of next week, $0.10 should be coming and if we can break through the big $0.15 with volume support, i can say $0.20 to $0.30 is not far behind. Given the volume support and confidence espcially on friday when ASX drop by 1% and this share still outshine even CUL, i would say its a good buy. I got my at $0.05 when i notice its support line is $0.05 from the 5 years chart. Hope you are a pro trader like me, have fun and good money. Cheers!
