304K SHARE PLACEMENT


Synergy Equities Group Limited (“SYNERGY”, ASX : SYG), has today completed a A$304,000 share pl
comprising 38 million Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 0.8 cents per share to sophisticated and
investors who are existing, long-term SYNERGY shareholders. The share placement represents 4.1% of SYN
enlarged share capital, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and is within the l
out in the ASX Listing Rules, being issued under SYNERGY’s 15% placement capacity.
The capital raised pursuant to the placement will be used to fund the ongoing sales & marketing of SMX
registered email throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific by SYNERGY’s wholly owned subsidiary Data-in
Pty Ltd.
