And here lies the irony of it all.
I'd love to see D&M do a valuation on the JV based on these Permian acreage stats.
It seems the big guys aren't afraid to put more value on geology that works.
If Ice 2 works and they get good flow perhaps a bigger oiler will jump all over this. There can't b much quality acreage left in the lower 48 after these large transactions of late.
Like management said they r being watched closely.
So it then brings the thought forward as to just how a big oiler might value this acreage. Given the billions Exxon paid for that 270k surely this can't all be prospective as with any LTO acreage.
