Historically, every afternoon is the same; look at the price action throughout the day. They drop it, this is where you buy, then the price is always marked back up in the afternoon. Because the stock is so thin, they need to bring out sellers in order to move the price up on any decent volume.
It doesn't take an expensive book to tell you that, just decent observation skills. Even my co-worker who doesn't trade much has banked from my calls on this.
