I would love to see their assumptions about the performance fee calculation.....without knowing them I cannot make an accurate comment....although I would be suspicious that they may not have accurately measured outperformance against the previous high water mark.......
I am open to be convinced on the facts......
Please post the relevant section on their performance fee calculation if you are able so that we can assess its validity.
