My completely unprofessional and amateur assessment of the situation is...
IF the drop in SP BEFORE the drilling delay announcement was a result of loose lips on the ground and not the WGO CR, then logicially the SP hitting a little Green at various points yesterday and today so far means its not a big deal and yes, I see it hitting 30c by month end.
