Guru never pay attention to buy and sell numbers except for the first couple of lines. It is so easy for people/brokers to manipulate. Notice a lot of the quick buy ups or sells can appear from off screen.
Things can turn on a dime with stupid high frequency trades, chi x, iceberg orders etc.
