They based that on 10c per share in cash (which is obviously going to be spent) and 30c in a JV potential which is purely an arbitrary figure. 10c for the cash and 10c-20c for the JV potenntial sounds reasonable. No doubt the scenario now is a lot better for investors than it was before this restructure and sale.
